These are the policies for enrolling at Greater Austin Dance Academy. Please review them before you register. If you have any questions, contact the front desk and we will be glad to help.

School-year tuition is billed monthly by automatic payment on the 2nd of each month. A registration fee is paid once per season as is collected when you register. Monthly payments continue for the length of the season. You can update your payment method in your Parent Portal.

A registration fee is due once per season, per dancer, at the time you register. The exact amount is shown on the registration screen before you pay.

To withdraw a dancer from a class, let the front desk know in writing before the 1st of the month you want to stop. This closes autopay for the following month. Payments already made are not prorated for a partial month.

The registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition already paid is non-refundable.

Regular attendance helps every dancer progress and keeps the class on track for performances. If your dancer will miss a class, please let us know. Makeup options, when available, are arranged through the front desk.

I acknowledge and consent to allow Greater Austin Dance Academy to use: photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our studio’s website, or on social media sites (such as the studio’s facebook or instagram account). I further understand no financial compensation will be for use of these photos/videos.

Dance involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the dancer's participation and agrees that Greater Austin Dance Academy, its staff, and its contractors are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or events, except where caused by gross negligence. Please make sure your dancer is healthy enough to participate and inform us of any medical conditions.
