What's included

House rules
- No street shoes on studio floors; no rosin; food/drink only in lobby
- Respectful noise levels while other classes are in session
- Leave the space in equal or better condition (remove tape/props; reset layout)
- Bookings are for in‑room time; include setup/tear‑down in your request
Contracts are for fixed dates/hours; no cancellations. Waiver & indemnification required. COI optional at GADA's discretion.

Do you rent for one‑off events?
We're optimized for ongoing programs (weekly/monthly). One‑offs are limited and typically reserved for current or recent GADA instructors/subs.
Who qualifies for partner rates?
Current GADA teachers or those who have subbed within the past 12 months. We may extend partner consideration for mission‑aligned programs with significant recurring hours.
Do you offer onsite storage options?
Storage and after‑hours access can be added per contract, pending availability.
What about insurance?
We require a signed waiver and indemnification. A certificate of insurance (COI) may be required at our discretion for certain programs.
